The service was good. The staff is friendly however, the waiting time to see the doctor is too long. I spent ten minutes with the doctor and one hour and forty five minutes in the waiting room.

They care about their patients. Very professional. Long wait, you will be there a minimum of 2 hours but for the care given it is worth it. Great doctors.

Doctor was friendly as well as the front of the house.
Only and Main concern - Why make an appointment if there will still be 2 and 1/2 hour wait to be seen by the doctor. Frankly, reservations, ON-TIME appointments should be seen at a reasonable time - Max wait of a hour to hour and a half
Moreover, there must be communication as to the wait time. We are all running on a time frame and it should be addressed. A 2 and 1/2 hour wait is understandable for a walk in(no reservation).
The wait is not logical, rational, nor considerate for an on-time reservation. Overall the main feedback is Reservations should be seen at a timely manner or be informed of the delay. Definitely needs to be worked on

The office has excellent customer service and a friendly atmosphere. The waiting time to be seen by doctor is short and the doctor explains everything she does. Enjoyable experience each time i visit the office.

I finally received reliable information as it has been going on for almost a year. I need to have these physical issues adhered to as I need to obtain employment mostly to help pay these G-dd-mn medical & hospital bills.
